July 10, 2013 by Stephen A. Mendel, Estate Planning Attorney

Most people do not have a difficult time determining what they want to happen with their property and assets after they pass away. You know who you want to have your stuff. It is tempting to think that attorneys who tell you not to use online legal document providers for your estate planning needs are telling you that out of bias. It is true that estate planning attorneys are in direct competition with these much cheaper services. However, you should listen to what impartial observers have to say.
